Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 3rd respondent in respect of the tender No.04 PBC/ 2020-2021 dated 20.07.2020 and the consequential impugned notification dated 12.08.2020 extending the date of opening of aforesaid tender applications and quash the same and direct the respondent to conduct a fresh tender in a fair and transparent manner. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Vinod Sathya Lazar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner represents that the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn and he also sent an E-mail to that effect to the registry on 16.09.2020.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the letter sent to the registry, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
