ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.Arun Karthik Mohan, learned counsel for the petitioner; Dr.C.Ravichandran, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 4; Mr.P.S.Ganesh, learned counsel for respondent No.5 and Mr.G.Mayakrishnan, learned counsel for respondent No.6.

2. The petitioner is seeking direction to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to demolish the unauthorised construction put up by respondent No.6 at No.19/50, Harleys Lane, Harleys Road, Kilpauk, Chennai-600 010.

3. The learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 4 states that locking and sealing and demolition notice was issued to respondent No.6 and thereafter, the premises has been locked and sealed. Thus, it is clear that the authorities are taking action in relation to the unauthorised construction. Hence, at this stage no further orders are necessary.

4. The writ petition is disposed of.

No costs.
