This writ petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to measure the plots bearing Nos. 18 and 19 situated in Survey Nos.134/27 and 134/28, Ramakrishna Nagar, Nannilam Village and Taluk by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 04.04.2024. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.S.J.Mohamed Sathik, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 04.04.2024 has been considered and survey has been conducted by the third respondent. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
