(Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR,J.,) This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' ['WMP'].

2. Captioned WMP has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of original of an 'order dated 09.03.2023 bearing reference No.4136/Tha.Ku.2/2023' made by third respondent [hereinafter 'impugned order' for the sake of convenience and clarity].

3. Dr.S.Manoharan, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner is before this Court.

4. Adverting to support affidavit and more particularly, paragraph No.11 thereat, learned counsel submits that the original impugned order Page Nos.1/3

was not served to the writ petitioner. However, photocopy of the impugned order has been filed. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to Paragraph No.11 of the support affidavit, which reads as follows:

'11. I submit that the original copy of the impugned order was not sent to me by the 3rd respondent. Therefore, I am not able to produce the original copy of the impugned order bearing No.4136/Tha.Ku.2/2023, dated 09.03.2023, passed by the 3rd respondent and I am herewith filing the photocopy of the impugned order. Hence, it is just and necessary to dispense with the production of original copy of the impugned order, otherwise I will be put in to irreparable loss and great hardship.'

5. In the light of the narrative thus far, dispense with prayer is acceded to. Captioned WMP ordered as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
