This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition No.6(c) imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 01.03.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.5016 of 2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3.It is seen from the records that the petitioner had deposited a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.43 of 2024 before the Judicial Magistrate - II, Tiruvannamalai.

4.Taking that factor into consideration, the condition is modified that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Nungambakkam Police Station, Chennai, everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
