ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 3 to provide adequate and necessary Police Protection to the petitioner, his men, agent workers to enable to construct a compound wall and complete other construction activities peacefully in the petitioner's land comprised in Survey No.192/1, Parameswaramangalam Village, Arakkonam Taluk, Ranipet District based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.02.2026 by considering the threat perception and by taking appropriate action against the miscreants/threatening persons. 2.The petitioner had sent a representation on 20.02.2026 seeking for police protection to construct the compound wall to his property. 3.The learned counsel for petitioner submitted that earlier the petitioner filed writ petition in W.P.No.50540 of 2025 and this Court, by order dated

06.01.2026, directed the respondents therein to survey the land and if required, to provide necessary police assistance. Thereafter, on 12.02.2026, revenue officials along with police aid surveyed the land. Now when the petitioner attempted to put up a compound wall, the 4th respondent created obstructions. Hence, the petitioner sent a representation, but no action has been taken. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that on the complaint of the petitioner, CSR No.164 of 2026 assigned and enquiry is pending. He seeks three weeks time to complete the enquiry. 5.Considering the submission made and on perusal of the material, it is seen that the petitioner on an earlier occasion approached this Court in W.P.No.50540 of 2025.

On the orders of this Court, the land was surveyed by the revenue officials with the aid of police on 12.02.2026. Hence, the petitioner's property surveyed and laid with boundary stones. The contention of the petitioner is, now the petitioner is making arrangements for construction of compound wall, which is being objected by the 4th respondent without any reason. Now CSR No.164 of 2026 is pending. In view of the same, the third respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and to provide police protection, if there is no valid objection or orders from any competent Court. If there is any objection by the 4th respondent or any other person without any right, appropriate action to be taken against them.
