This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 33 days in filing the above appeal.

2.As per the order of this Court dated 27.06.2022, the petitioner handed over two Demand Drafts bearing Nos.304144 and 604967, for the value of Rs.3,25,200/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Twenty Five Thousand and Two Hundred Only), being the 50% of arrears amount of interim maintenance from the date of petition till today, to the respondent and the respondent received the same.

3.In view of the same, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent has no objection in ordering this petition.

4.Recording the no objection submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and delay is condoned.

5.Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order.
