ORDER

1. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed, to exempt the Petitioner from surrender before the Trial Court, as per the Judgement, dated 12.03.2026, made in Crl.A.No.15 of 2024, passed by the Sessions Judge, Fast Tract Mahila Court, Ariyalur, confirming the judgement, dated 11.06.2024

made in CC.No.221 of 2017, passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Jayankondam.

2. This Court heard Mr.R.Sivaraman, the learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.N.Dinesh, the Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent.

3. Upon hearing both sides and perusing the case materials, this Court finds no compelling or extraordinary grounds to waive the mandatory requirement of surrender prior to the consideration of the Criminal Revision petition. In the light of the settled legal position and the order passed by this Court, dated 15.06.2026, in Crl.MP.No.of 6242 of 2026 in Crl.RC.No.814 of 2026, the statutory mandate cannot be bypassed.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, seeking exemption from surrender is dismissed.
