This petition has been filed to terminate the mandate of Mr.J.V.Raj, District Judge (Retd) and consequently appoint a new Arbitrator to arbitrate upon the dispute between the parties.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, both the parties have consented to appoint Mr.R.Prem Kumar, District Judge (Retd) as Arbitrator to arbitrate the dispute between the parties.

3. Accordingly, Mr.R.Prem Kumar, District Judge (Retd.), residing at F-17, Block 1, Jain West Hills Apartment, Udayampalayam, Sowripalayam (Post), Coimbatore 641 028, is appointed as Arbitrator to arbitrate the 2/4

dispute between the parties.
