This petition is filed to record the death of the third appellant in the above appeal and to recognize the petitioners/appellants as the legal heirs of the deceased third appellant.

2.This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is allowed. 3.The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the Second Appeal No.725 of 2005 and list the matter for final hearing on 08.06.2023.
