By an order dated 18.11.2019, the writ petition was disposed of by directing the inquiry to be completed within four months.

The Principal District Judge concerned, by a letter dated 16.2.2021, has requested for an extension of six months to complete the inquiry.

Upon consideration thereof, the extension of four months is granted to complete the inquiry.
