Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to pass order to provide under pause of 3 metre X 2.5 metre connecting the divided property of the petitioners comprised in Survey numbers 3/IB, 3/IA, 3/2 and 747/2 in Gollahali and Koragadhalli Villages in Palacode Taulk, Dharmapuri District under acquisition for laying NH Road.

ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to pass order to provide under pause of 3 metre X 2.5 metre connecting the divided property of the petitioners comprised in Survey numbers 3/IB, 3/IA, 3/2 and 747/2 in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Gollahali and Koragadhalli Villages in Palacode Taulk, Dharmapuri District under acquisition for laying NH Road. 2.Heard Mr.U.Karunakaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, Mr.Su.Srinivasan, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and Mr. A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent on instruction submitted that in order to facilitate the farmers for their cultivation and irrigation use, a box culvert of 2.0 X 1.5 m vent size is proposed at Km. 78 + 400. 4.Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
