When the matter was listed on 04.05.2023, the same was adjourned to today at the request of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) to enable him to get instructions. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions from 06.04.2023 onwards by appearing before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m.
2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has no instructions regarding the relaxation petition even today.
3.Recording the statement of the learned counsel for the petitioners that the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.5253 of 2023 dated 09.03.2023 is relaxed and modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 p.m. for a period of four (4) weeks.
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
