This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.712 of 2023 dated 24.01.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.28973 of 2022 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice in a month i.e., 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders".
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court. He further submitted that the final report has been filed and the same has been taken on file in P.R.C.No.8 of 2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dharmapuri, and the next hearing date is on 14.06.2023.
3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.712 of 2023 dated 24.01.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.28973 of 2022, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dharmapuri, on 14.06.2023 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Judge.
4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
