ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is directed as against the fair and decreetal orders dated 13.11.2017 passed by the learned District Munsif, Ambattur, in I.A.No.870 of 2017 in O.S.No.125 of 2008, thereby dismissing the petition filed by the petitioner to permit him to file a proof affidavit.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the matter has become infructuous and nothing survive in this present petition.
