(CRIME NO.1613/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.25373 of 2021 dated 23/12/2021 on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police Station daily at 10.30 am until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.RAMESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.DAMODARAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.25373 of 2021 on 23.12.2021 to appear before the respondent police station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
