O R D E R

Read this order in conjunction with and in continuation of order dated 01.06.2023, which reads as follows:

Mr.Vadivelu Deenadayalan, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for R1 and R2 and Mr.P.Ganesan, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for R3 and both seek some time to obtain instructions and file counters.

2.The prayer of the petitioner is short and seeks a mandamus to R1 to dispose the revision petition filed by the petitioner on 17.12.2022. 3.Mr.Vadivelu will confirm in writing the pendency of the revision petition as aforesaid.

4.List on 05.06.2023 at the end of admission list. Counters/Written 2/4

instructions by then with an advance copy served upon the petitioner.

2. Today, learned Additional Government Pleader confirms that the revision is, indeed, pending before R1 and that the same would be disposed expeditiously.

3. Thus, and in light of the submission as aforesaid, mandamus is issued to R1 to hear the petitioner after issuing notice and, dispose the revision petition within a period of six (6) weeks from date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed as above. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
