(CRIME NO.2912/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for a period of two weeks to execute the sureties and comply with the condition imposed on him as per the order of this Hon`ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.1627/2022 Crl.O.P.No.24197/2021 by its order dated 28/02/2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.MOHANRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.R.KISHORE KUMAR, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 28.02.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.1627 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.24197 of 2021 to execute sureties.

"the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees two thousand five hundred only) as cost to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai and on such payment the petitioner is directed to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, on or before 30.05.2022, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled. -sd/- 19/05/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
