Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.03.2018 and to implement the order dated

22.12.2000 made in Na.Ka.No.4994/99 of the second respondent herein and to delete the names of the third parties in the petitioner's patta for the lands comprised in Survey Nos.233, 195, 215, 530/1A, 122, 569/5, 217, 218, 222, 223, 227, 250 and 251 at Naralapalli Village, Krishnagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.03.2018 and to implement the order dated 22.12.2000 made in Na.Ka.No.4994/99 of the second respondent herein and to delete the names of the third parties in the petitioner's patta for the lands comprised in Survey Nos.233, 195, 215, 530/1A, 122, 569/5, 217, 218, 222, 223, 227, 250 and 251, situated at Naralapalli Village, Krishnagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 15.03.2018, after issuance of notice to the petitioner, the legal heirs of the fifth respondent, viz., the respondents 6 to 10 herein and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
