Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the investigation officer, daily at 10.30 am until further order on the petitioner Crl.M.P.No.5228/2022 in Crl.O.P.No.5038/2022 dated 20.04.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.Y.DEVA ARUL PRAKASH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.A.DAMODARAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No. 5228 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.5038 of 2022 on 20.04.2022 that the petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
