This petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned Special Judge for the SC/ST Act cases / Principal Sessions Court, Namakkal to consider the bail petition to be filed by the petitioner and on his surrender, dispose the same on the same day on merits in connection with the case in Cr.No.159 of 2023 pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent

2. In view of Section 15A of the SC & ST Act, the prayer in this petition cannot be acceded and therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial court consider bail petition without any violations of the provisions of the Act. Vv 23.04.2024 2/4
