4.Considering the submissions advanced by the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and having also gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition, I am inclined to allow the petition. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the order dated 03.12.2024 passed in CRP.(PD).No.4658 of 2024 is set aside and consequently, the same is restored to file.
