This petition has been filed to direct the 1st Respondent to register an FIR on the complaint having acknowledgment number, CNo.088/DC CCB-1/PE/2015, dated 13.01.2015 on the file of the Respondent herein under section 66 of Information Technology Act, 2000 read with 120(b) of I.P.C and proceed in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is represented that the petitioner lodged a complaint with the respondent police and on the said complaint, the petition enquiry is pending.

4. Hence, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].

5. This Criminal Original Petition is closed of with the above direction.
