ORDER

This court, by order dated 09.07.2024, disposed of this civil revision petition with a direction to the trial court to dispose of F.C.O.S.No.7 of 2016 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. 2.

However, the trial Judge, stating various reasons, has sent a letter to the Registry of this Court requesting further six months time to dispose of the aforesaid case.

Acceding to the aforesaid request, further six months time is granted. The trial Court is directed to dispose of the case within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
