O R D E R

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to investigate and file a final report in Cr.No.1519/2011 dated 08.12.2011.

2. This petitioner herein lodged complaint against one Narasiman, vairavanathan and stephen for the alleged offences under Sections 323, 417, 468, 471, 420 & 506 (i) of IPC. Though the complaint was lodged as early as on 08.12.2011, till date, no investigation was conducted. Hence, the present petition.

3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that though they have contacted the respondent, the respondent has not chosen to give instructions in this matter.

5. However, considering the period of registration of the FIR, I am of the view that by fixing a time limit, a direction https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

can be given to the respondent. Accordingly, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
