This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 20.07.2015 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented that the petitioner lodged a complaint with the second respondent police and on the said complaint, the petition enquiry is pending.

4. Hence, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]..

5. This Criminal Original Petition is closed with the above direction.
