ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents to remove the petitioner name from the history sheet bearing HS.No.202 of 2021 on the file of 2nd respondent in pursuance of the petitioner representation dated 18.02.2026.

2. Heard Mr. C.Deepakkumar and Mr.R.Ganesh Kumar, Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu, (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents. Perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to conduct an enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 18.2.2026, after issuing notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any, and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition (Criminal) stands disposed of. No costs.
