This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case on the basis of the complaint dated 14.09.2015 given by the petitioner to the respondent and investigate the matter in accordance with law.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 14.09.2015 by post to the Inspector of Police, Pennagaram Police Station, Dharmapuri District, whereas, the jurisdictional Police is the Inspector of Police, Hogenakkal Police Station, Dharmapuri District.

In view of the above, the criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh complaint before the Hogenakkal Police Station, Dharmapuri District along with copy of the Accident Register.
