Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in the bail order granted to the petitioner on 20.04.2022 in Crl OP No.8327 of 2022 in Crime No.664 of 2022 on the file of this Hon'ble Court and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.KASIRAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 20.04.2022 in Crl.O.P.No. 8327 of 2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police fortnightly i.e, 1st day and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. -sd/- 07/06/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
