The above Civil Revision Petition is filed for an early disposal of the I.A.No.191 of 2018 in O.S.No.146 of 2013 which is an application moved by the plaintiff for direction to the second respondent/defendant to produce the original unregistered will dated 17.07.2004. The learned Judge is directed to dispose of the said application within a period of one (1) month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
