O R D E R
The grievances of the writ petitioner is that the Departmental Disciplinary Proceedings initiated against him, pursuant to the Charge Memo dated 15.04.2015 has not been concluded and no final order has been passed. Thus, the writ petitioner is constrained to move the present writ petition.
2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent, now brought to the notice of this Court that the Departmental Disciplinary Proceedings initiated against the writ petitioner has already been concluded and final order has been passed in proceedings dated 28.12.2015 by the Competent Authority.
3. In view of the fact that the final order has already been passed by the Competent Authority, no further adjudication is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
required in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
