O R D E R

The criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime.No.162 of 2017. On perusal of the averments made in the F.I.R., it is seen that the offences under Sections 338, 304(ii) I.P.C. and Section 3(2)(V)of Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, have been made out in the complaint. the facts that occurred on the particular day, it would not be appropriate for this Court to comment on the same, since they are the matters for investigation.

In view of the above, I do not find any merits in the averments made in the petition. Hence, the criminal original petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
