ORDER

Seeking quashment of the order of the second respondent dated 04.05.2010 and for consequential relief, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the exercise, sought to be attended, was in the year 2010 and subsequently Regulation also got changed, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter and therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected MPs are closed.
