This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 05.08.2015 against the named person in the complaint.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the petitioner is the first accused in Crime No.12 of 2015 under Section 420 IPC. As a counter blast, this petitioner gave a complaint dated 05.08.2015. Hence, no positive direction as prayed for by the petitioner can be granted.
