This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.59 of 2021 dated 21.05.2021 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the final report has already been filed on 09.01.2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Tambaram.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
