ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to register a case on the complaint in CSR No.776/2015 dated 12.09.2015 on the file of the 1st respondent and investigate into the case.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented that the petitioner lodged a complaint with the respondent police and on the said complaint, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.776/2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Hence, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.776/2015 and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]..

5. This Criminal Original Petition is closed with the above direction.
