Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed in para NO.6(b) that the petitioner is directed to the petitioner shall make a non refundable deposit of Rs.1,00,000/- for the purpose of improving and maintaining the Government Schools and another sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the Cancer Institute (WIA), Regional Cancer Centre, Adayar, Chennai-600 020 in Crl.O.P.No.15810 of 2021 dated 02.09.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.R.KISHORE KUMAR, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 02.09.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.15810 of 2021 to make a non refundable deposit of Rs.1,00,000/- for the purpose of improving and maintaining the Government Schools and another sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the Cancer Institute (WIA), Regional Cancer Center, Adayar, Chennai 600 020.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall make a non refundable deposit of Rs.50,000/- for the purpose of improving and maintaining the Government Schools and another sum of Rs.50,000/- to the Cancer Institute (WIA), Regional Cancer Center, Adayar, Chennai 600 020.
