Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl Op NO. 5888/2022 in respect of a case in Crime NO. 124/2022 on the file of the Inspector of Police, S5 Pallvaram Police Station, Kancheepuram district daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DINESH BOSE, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.KISHORE KUMAR,Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.5888 of 2022 on 14.03.2022 to appear before the Investigation Officer daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
