This petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to register the F.I.R on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 16.09.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.141 of 2015 on the complaint given by the petitioner and the same was closed on 17.09.2015.

4. Hence, the respondent is directed to send a copy of the Closure Report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In view of the above, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
