CRIME NO.1210 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.7614 of 2022 in respect of a case in Crime No.1210 of 2021 on the file of the Inspector of police, K-10 Koyambedu Police Station, Chennai District daily at 10.30 A.M., until further orders and may pass any other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and thus render.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DINESH BOSE, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.DAMODARAN, Additional public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7614 of 2022 on 01.04.2022 to appear before the Inspector of Police, K-10 Koyambedu Police Station, Chennai District daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Addl. Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
