This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.18551 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.23393 of 2023, dated 24.11.2023.

Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court Crl.M.P.No.18551 of in Crl.O.P.No.23393 of 2023, dated 24.11.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
