ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 448, 342, 294(b), 506(ii) of IPC and Section 3 of TNPPD Act in Cr.No.1166 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate reported that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed.

3. Considering the fact that investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed and the offences are bailable in nature and hence, anticipatory bail does not arise. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
