DATED: 24.01.2025

CORAM

THE HONOURABLE MR JUSTICE V. LAKSHMINARAYANAN and CMP No.9400 of 2024 K.Ghanghashree ....

Petitioner Vs R.Guru Vinodh ....

Respondent Prayer : Transfer CMP under Section 24 of CPC to withdraw the HMOP filed by the respondent in HMOP No.548 of 2022 pending before the Family Court, Theni and transfer the same to the Principal Family Court, Chennai. For Petitioner :

Mr.D.Padmanabhan For Respondent :

Mr.N.Damodaran

ORDER

When the matter was taken up, learned counsel for the respondent states that the respondent/husband has passed away on 02.01.2025. When the husband is no more, I have my doubts whether the HMOP 548 of 2022 can be prosecuted any further. Since the respondent/husband has died, this Transfer CMP is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 24.01.2025 Index : Yes/No 1/3
