ASHA, J, The above matter has been posted under the caption for being mentioned today at the behest of the learned counsel appearing for ONGC. The request made is that the relief which has been granted in Paragraph (d) should be expanded to include the relief that the respondent may be permitted to file claims under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act as well.

2.The issue with reference to 'Force Majeure' is now referred to the OEC vide my earlier order. Therefore, the relief (d) shall stand modified as follows:

"(d)It is needless to state that M/s.Oil and Natural Gas Corporation of India Limited, can take whatever interim measures are required before the Arbitral Tribunal. With

reference to all other claims except the claim under the head of 'Force Majeure', they can initiate such interim measures as advised under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act."
