J U D G M E N T

A memo of compromise dated 11.04.2015 entered between the appellant and the respondent. The counsel for the defendant represents that as per the memo of compromise, a sale deed was executed in favour of the respondent / plaintiff on 22.04.2015, even prior to the date fixed for execution of the sale deed (i.e.) 30.04.2015. The other process viz., withdrawal of sale consideration by the defendant was also complied with. Since the mater has been settled between the parties in terms of the memo of compromise dated 11.04.2015, the Second Appeal is disposed of. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
