By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner claims to be the owner of the property admeasuring to an extent of 27 cents in S.No.148/4 situated at Minjur Village, Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District, through a registered sale deed bearing Document No.3208/1985, dated 09.10.1985, on the file of the Sub-Registrar, Ponneri. The petitioner, vide application dated 24.7.2015, applied for electricity service connection by enclosing all necessary documents and since she has not been favoured with any response, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions of Mr.P.Krishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this Court, in the light of the facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application/representation, dated 24.7.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
