Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on "(c) the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police on Every Sunday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.22660 of 2021 dated 03/12/2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.NAGOORMOIDEEN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.R.KISHORE KUMAR, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22660 of 2021 on 03.12.2021 to report before the respondent police every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondents police as and when required for interrogation.
