(Order of the Court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN,J.) These Petitions have been filed to grant exemption of Court-fee for a sum of Rs.24,000/- and Rs.24,000/- in the above Appeals.

2.The above Petitions seeking exemption from paying the court-fee of Rs.24,000/- and Rs.24,000/- are ordered, subject to the condition that, in the event of any enhancement in the compensation amount, the Petitioner shall have to pay the requisite court-fee.
