This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6665 of 2024 dated 03.04.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this petition is modified to the effect that the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kallakurichi.
