2. Earlier, notice has been ordered to the respondents. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.D.Baskar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have earlier filed a writ petition in W.P.No.21624 of 2005, seeking reference of the Award to the Court and this Court also disposed of the said writ petition directing the authorities to refer the matter to the Sub Court, Cuddalore. Learned counsel further submitted that now the matter has been referred to the Sub Court, Cuddalore under Section 31 of the Act and the same is pending.
3. As the matter has already been referred to a Civil Court, nothing remains for adjudication in this writ petition and hence the writ petition is closed. However liberty is given to the petitioners to work out their remedy before the Reference Court. No costs.
